Instructions

Cut the beef into small pieces, place it in a pot, cover with water, and boil until tender.

Finely chop the onion and garlic. Sauté them in butter until soft and fragrant.

Add beef broth, tomato paste, and tomato sauce to the pan and mix well.

Add the cooked beef pieces and simmer for an additional 15 minutes.
