Ingredients

  • Beef – 1 kg

  • Onion – 1 large

  • Garlic – 2 cloves

  • Tomato paste – 2 tbsp

  • Tomato sauce – 1 cup

  • Fresh cilantro – to taste

  • Fresh parsley – to taste

  • Hot chili peppers – 2

  • Butter – for sautéing

  • Salt and black pepper – to taste


Instructions

  1. Cut the beef into small pieces, place it in a pot, cover with water, and boil until tender.

  2. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Sauté them in butter until soft and fragrant.

  3. Add beef broth, tomato paste, and tomato sauce to the pan and mix well.

  4. Add the cooked beef pieces and simmer for an additional 15 minutes.

  5. Finish by adding chopped herbs, sliced chili peppers, salt, and black pepper.

  6. Simmer briefly, then remove from heat and serve hot.
