🍏 How to Make Apple Tklapi
-
Prepare the apples
Peel the apples and cut them into medium-sized pieces.
There is no need to add sugar — the final sweetness will come naturally from the apples themselves. -
Cook on low heat
Place the chopped apples into a pot, cover with a lid, and cook over low heat.
Once the apples begin to soften and release their juice, stir occasionally to ensure all pieces soften evenly. -
Evaporate excess liquid
When the apples are fully soft, remove the lid and continue cooking for a few more minutes until the excess liquid evaporates and the mixture thickens. -
Spread and dry
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Spread the apple puree in a thin, even layer and dry it in the oven at 100°C (212°F).
In summer, sunlight is more than enough — simply leave it out to dry naturally. -
Finish and store
Once the tklapi has cooled completely, roll it up or slice it into strips.
Store in a glass jar or airtight container.
Apple tklapi makes a perfect healthy snack, a lunchbox treat for children, or a delicious addition to yogurt, porridge, or tea. It’s simple, natural, and lets you fully control the ingredients.
